Advantage Over podcast – Episode 8 – SA Referees Academy

This week, our guest interview on the Advantage Over podcast is with Hendrik Greyvenstein, head of the SA Referees Academy. We talk about their unique initiative in referee development – a nine-month, 7 day a week full-time referee scholarship with rugby on tap. We’re hoping to speak to a delegate from USA Rugby who heads to Stellenbosch in a few weeks time for a month or so.  We chat about the four pillars of the programme – the academic, the practical, the high performance and injury management and rehab. 

We also catch up on the latest news about the Rugby Championship appointments, and a warning by the Rugby World Cup organising committee to fans to only buy tickets from official sources.
