With the ending of the season nigh across the North, we’re left with a couple of big semi-finals this weekend and the match officials are ready for them. In France, Pascal Gauzere (pic left) and Romain Poite will oversee the two Top14 semi-finals. In the west, the USA’s Scott Green (pic right) and England’s Anthony Woodthorpe will take charge of the US Major League Rugby semi finals in Seattle and San Diego.
On the World Rugby stage, it’s the Nations Cup and the World U20s (although trying to get the round-by-round appointments out of Argentina is proving a challenge…) If any readers have them, do send them our way at ref@rugbyreferee.net! **Update now received!**
Finally, it’s round 17 of the Super Rugby season with plenty to play for. Brendan Pickerill (pic centre, Gus Gardner, Glen Jackson, Jaco Peyper, Nick Briant, Ben O’Keeffe and AJ Jacobs all have matches to referee.
