SARU have revised the scrum engagement process for all amateur rugby for the coming season in South Africa.

This video goes through the new Crouch, Bind, Scrum procedure for Amateur rugby. Interesting development for players as they progress up through the leagues up to the second highest levels of amateur rugby in the Province.

It is designed to reduce the risk of collapse on the engagement. Could be one to watch for the rest of the world.
