The RFU’s Keep Your Boots On campaign steps on with it’s initiative to promote referees and the Female Match Official Development Programme. To support this drive, they have produced this video, designed to motivate a new generation of female referees. We spoke to Clare Daniels about an element of this in episode 5 of the Advantage Over Podcast earlier in the summer, but this is the next instalment of their campaign.
This new video features many female referees and a strong women’s game in England. It’ll be interesting to catch up on the progress of the initiative over the coming season.
