Well, the final weekend of the main summer international window draws tupon us. After the last two weeks, there’ll be plenty of people hoping for a zero card weekend, and a zero incident set of matches! Well, from a refereeing-related perspective anyway.
John Lacey of Ireland (left) is overseeing the third of the controversial series between the All Blacks and France. Pascal Gaüzère of France takes his turn in the middle – refereeing the Australia v Ireland after running the line last weekend. In Cape Town, Glen Jackson will be overseeing the return of Danny Cipriani in an England shirt as they try to avoid a series loss against South Africa.
And it will be Mathieu Raynal of France who brings the final whistle of the weekend as he oversees Argentina v Scotland in Resistencia.
The Rugby Africa Gold Cup is on its second weekend, with Quinton Immelman (SA) and France’s Sébastien Minery on whistling duties.
