About the RugbyReferee.net founder – Keith Lewis
Keith started refereeing in South Wales, after a back injury playing at school. He attended the WRU beginners referee course over the weekend of his 18th birthday in 1996 (you do the math!!)
Through his university days, he refereed with Manchester and District Referees Society and then briefly with the East Midlands Society before settling in the London Society and then Hampshire Referees. He became an established National Panel and RFU Championship referee. He joined the Premiership Group of Match Officials Team in 2015 as a Television Match Official.
His refereeing career has seen him officiate across England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Sweden and South Africa.
Having blogged at Refblog.co.uk for many years, Keith formed RugbyReferee.net formed back in 2014 as a conduit to provide the help and support for referees, but also to help educate the rugby community on all things refereeing. There is an active and growing referee community Facebook group for match officials to learn and discuss things refereeing too.

Can’t understand why there was So Much offside in th S Africa v Scotland Game …unspotted and unpunished
Have you considered that it wasn’t actually offside and you just thought it was? Camera angles not always clear, and perception not often matched by reality

I assume this is what you saw as offside and thus the reason it was unspotted and unpunished is was that it wasnt ..?
