A busy weekend across the northern competitions as we enter the first of two weekends of European action. Referees are all mixed up across the countries. Games in France or still subject to postponement as domestic issues cause complications for sporting events. Many football fixtures have been postponed, but as this goes to press, all rugby fixtures are on.
In the south, it’s 7s time for Cape Town, which sees local hero Rasta Rasivhenge (left) taking charge of his final tournament before he concentrates on his Super Rugby responsibilities next season.
